Leicester City right-back Danny Simpson has signed a new three-year contract that will keep him at the Premier League champions until 2019.
Simpson, 29, becomes the latest in a series of Leicester stars, including Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and Danny Drinkwater, to agree new terms at the King Power Stadium.
He joined the club from Queens Park Rangers in August 2014 and made his 50th appearance in last weekend's home win over Swansea.
"I'm over the moon," he told Leicester's official website. "I've been here two years now and the club is going places.
"The group that we've got here is so close, and the manager [Claudio Ranieri] has helped me so much and still is helping me improve as a player.
"Everyone is just so close, and it's a special feeling. I'm happy that I'm staying here for another three years."
