Arsenal are stepping up their interest in Hull City defender Josh Tymon, sources close to the player have told ESPN FC.
Tymon, who made his Premier League debut for Hull at the weekend against Sunderland, is still yet to sign a professional contract at the KCOM Stadium.
The 17-year-old is one of the lowest earners in the Premier League as he is still on a scholarship deal at Hull and a number of clubs are circling ready to lure the left-back away from Hull.
Arsenal have held a long-term interest in Tymon after he impressed in a fifth round FA Cup clash between the two sides at the Emirates last season, helping Hull to a 0-0 draw.
Liverpool and Everton are also admirers of Tymon and are monitoring his situation at Hull closely as they weigh up moves for the England youth international.
Tymon broke into the Hull side last season at the age of 16 and he has now featured in the Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup for the Humberside outfit.
Hull are desperate to keep hold of the talented teenager and remain in talks with Tymon over a professional deal, but Arsenal are hoping to steal a march on their rivals in the chase for Tymon by setting up a deal for the full-back.
