Manchester City will open up their Premier League title defence with a trip to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea, the Premier League fixtures revealed on Tuesday.
City, who are chasing an unprecedented fifth consecutive league title under Pep Guardiola, finish the campaign with games against Wolves, Southampton, Bournemouth and Fulham.
They play against cross-city rivals Manchester United on Dec. 14 (home) and April 5 (away), while clashes with Arsenal, their nearest title threat of the last two seasons, take place on 21 Sept. at the Etihad and Feb. 1 at the Emirates.
This could be Guardiola's last season at City as his contract expires in June 2025, with sources telling ESPN that City want the Catalan coach to make a decision on his future at the club by Christmas.
His reign at City has seen remarkable success, including six Premier League titles and a maiden Champions League trophy as part of a treble in 2022-23.
