As you'd expect, the list of the best players still on the board is dominated by high school players who may be unsignable because of college commitments. Brooks Lee has made it clear he intends to go play for his father, the head coach at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Carter Stewart has indicated he's going to go play in Japan, and I assume no MLB team wanted to risk a first-round pick on that debacle. A couple of these guys should still be taken high on Tuesday as teams try to negotiate deals in the interim between Rounds 2 and 3.
