MIAMI -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins left Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with a calf injury and will not return.
Watkins had his right leg examined by trainers on the bench during the first quarter before departing for the locker room. He returned for the start of the second half wearing a T-shirt and shorts.
Watkins had one catch for 39 yards before exiting the game.
Starting right guard John Miller also left for the locker room in the first quarter with a groin injury and has not returned.
