Baltimore Ravens QB Trace McSorley goes on injured reserve with knee sprain

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Trace McSorley was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, leaving reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson as the only quarterback on the Baltimore Ravens' active roster.

McSorley, who was Baltimore's primary backup for the past three games, will miss the final three games of the regular season. Undrafted rookie Tyler Huntley is on the practice squad and is expected to be elevated to serve as the No. 2 quarterback to Jackson. Huntley has been active for one game this season but has yet to take a snap.

In Monday's 47-42 win at Cleveland, McSorley filled in for Jackson for two drives and sprained his left knee when trying to run on third-and-5 with two minutes left.
