Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald is now the owner of a pretty swanky home in the San Fernando Valley area of L.A. The $17 million purchase is in the same neighborhood as the home of Rams QB Matthew Stafford and near where coach Sean McVay recently bought a home.
The 12,000-square-foot, English Country-style home is on 1.8 acres and was originally constructed in 1983. The eight-bedroom, nine-bath house has an infinity pool, game room, movie theater and gym with a steam shower and sauna.
Donald and his wife, Erica, sold their Calabasas, California, mansion for $6.258 million. While there were rumors of the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year retiring following the Rams' 23-20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in the Super Bowl, Donald has three years left on a $135 million contract he signed in 2018.
While Donald is currently negotiating a contract extension with the Rams, he might be finished house hunting for now.
