Championship weekend gave the NFL its Super Bowl 50 matchup: The Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers. Meanwhile, it gave draftniks further certainty of the 2016 NFL draft order.
The Arizona Cardinals will pick No. 29. The New England Patriots, of course, lost their 2016 first-round pick as a penalty for the Deflategate controversy. (The Patriots also forfeited a fourth-round pick in 2017 and paid a $1 million fine.) As a result, there will be only 31 picks in the first round this season.
Remember, ties are broken in reverse order of strength of schedule.
