The first three days of play brought plenty of excitement in the women's NCAA tournament. So which games and bets should bettors watch for on Monday?
Our experts Charlie Creme, Tyler Fulghum, and Mackenzie Kraemer provide their take.
Ole Miss (+10.5) over Notre Dame, 2 p.m. The Rebels are physical and long. They can wear down the Irish, who are playing with six players, and make life tough on Hannah Hidalgo. -Creme
Tennessee/NC State UNDER 140.5, 4 p.m. NC State will want to drag this game into the mud. The Lady Vols are coming of a 92-point outburst in the Round of 64 win over Green Bay. I think that's got this game's total inflated just a bit. -Fulghum
Tennessee (ML +185) over NC State, 4 p.m. No team playing offense the way NC State has been the last few weeks should be laying 5.5. This should be closer to a pick so bet it that way and take the value with the Lady Vols. -Creme
UConn -19.5 vs. Syracuse, 6 p.m. Paige Bueckers is back and balling in a major way. The Husky star had 28/11/7 in their win over Jackson State. Geno Auriemma's squad looks poised for a deep run. -Fulghum
Oklahoma-Indiana over 156.5, 6:30 p.m. This is a sizable number but expect this game to be played with pace. Both teams in the 80's would not be a surprise. -Creme
West Virginia +16.5 vs. Iowa, 8 p.m. Iowa lines are getting inflated due to the Caitlin Clark factor. WVU's pressure defense could keep the Mountaineers inside the number, especially in the 1st half. -Kraemer
UCLA -9.5 vs. Creighton, 8:30 p.m. This is dependent on the status of UCLA star Lauren Betts, but assuming she plays, this number is a little short. This is a big step up in class for Creighton, and if Betts is back, they should cover the number. -Kraemer
USC -10.5 vs. Kansas 10 p.m. The Trojans are on fire right now. They've only lost once since the beginning of February. JuJu Watkins is an absolute superstar. Kansas, meanwhile, is coming off an overtime game and may not have the juice to keep up with a superior team just two days later. -Fulghum
Utah +1.5 vs. Gonzaga, 10:30 p.m. Gonzaga has shown some shakiness of late, losing to Portland in the WCC title game and falling behind early to UC Irvine in the 1st round. Alissa Pili gets the edge in the interior matchup against Yvonne Ejim. -Kraemer
