West Ham targeting Bournemouth duo of Callum Wilson, Matt Ritchie - source

West Ham are eyeing a double move for Bournemouth duo Callum Wilson and Matt Ritchie, a source close to the players has told ESPN FC.

The Hammers are planning to be busy in the transfer market this summer as they look to build on a fine debut season under Slaven Bilic.

Hammers co-owner David Sullivan revealed earlier this month that the club had tabled a €30 million bid for an unnamed striker in France and that they planned to bid for a player in England.

West Ham have made a new striker one of their top priorities and a source close to the club says Wilson figures highly on their wanted list.

But Bournemouth are keen to keep hold of Wilson and Ritchie and will reject any offers for the pair, a source said.

Wilson started the season in fine form, scoring five goals in seven games, including a hat trick against West Ham at Upton Park at the start of the season before suffering sustained a cruciate knee injury against Stoke, which kept him out of action for six months.

The 24-year-old made a quicker-than-expected return to fitness and has featured in Bournemouth's past five games.

Winger Ritchie has enjoyed a superb season for Bournemouth and he has been instrumental in helping the club secure survival in their first season in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old, who joined Bournemouth from Swindon Town in 2013, has established himself as a key member of Eddie Howe's side and is now also a Scotland international.
