Following the league's organized workouts -- including the Las Vegas workout earlier this month -- NBA team workouts are in full swing as draft boards around the league continue to shift.
So who's rising and who's falling? After talking to scouts and GMs from nearly all 30 teams, here's our latest ranking of the top 30 prospects for the 2013 draft. (Click here for the previous top 30 update.)

Nerlens Noel
SCHOOL: Kentucky
AGE: 19
HT/WT: 7-0, 206
POS: C
10.5 PPG
9.5 RPG
4.4 BPG
Noel's hold on this spot has never been more tenuous. Yes, his doctor, James Andrews, is pleased with his rehab, but are teams willing to be patient with a player who might not be ready to play until early next year? Especially when he's one of the most developmentally raw players in the draft? After telling me all year the answer to those questions was "yes," it sounds like some of those teams at the top have changed their answer to "no." Even the Cavs' desire for Noel appears to be waning. The only thing saving Noel from dropping a few spots on our Board? Who is going to replace him?
