Philippe Saint-Andre has retained just three players for France's clash with Canada in Milton Keynes as Remy Grosso makes his Test bow.
Brice Dulin, Wesley Fofana and Bernard Le Roux keep their place but otherwise it is all change for Les Bleus as they look to head into their crunch clash with Ireland on the back of three wins from three.
There are two further positional changes, however, as Dulin moves to the left wing to accommodate Scott Spedding at fullback while Le Roux returns to the back row from lock.
The back-three combination of Dulin, Spedding and debutant Grosso is France's 22nd in 43 matches under Saint-Andre.
The last time a player made his Test debut for France at the Rugby World Cup was during the final of RWC 2011, when scrum-half Jean-Marc Doussain came on to win his first test cap. He was the first player to make his test debut in a RWC final.
France's XV includes 11 players who started their first match against Italy, although there is no place in the 23 for Louis Picamoles or Noa Nakaitaci, while Alexandre Dumoulin is on the bench.
