Tottenham have completed the signing of Wolves defender Matt Doherty on a four-year deal, the club announced on Sunday.
The Republic of Ireland international joined Wolves in 2010 from League of Ireland side Bohemians and went on to make over 300 appearances for the club in all competitions.

"At Wolves I just had all the experiences -- disappointment and then obviously getting promoted and stuff like that, but then taking it to the next level and getting into Europe as well," Doherty said in a statement.
"I think it would have been tough [to leave Wolves] if I was maybe going backwards or sideways but I feel like at Tottenham now I'm really taking a big step forward -- just with the facilities, everything at the club and the manager here."

The full-back was part of two promotions when Wolves joined the Premier League and qualified for the Europa League.
Doherty has been an integral part to the Wolves set up, missing just seven league games in four years.
Since the side returned to the Premier League he has featured in 95 games across all competitions, contributing 15 goals and 15 assists.
The 28-year-old, who made his senior debut in 2018, has been picked by Ireland coach Stephen Kenny for the side's Nations League games against Bulgaria and Finland.
