ALAMEDA, Calif. -- The Oakland Raiders undoubtedly will have a different look by the time new coach Jon Gruden gets his hands on the roster next month. Yes, the Raiders have been among the busiest teams in the NFL since the new league year began Wednesday, but they were making moves even before then.
Shedding salaries and getting cap space has been the norm in Oakland as the Raiders have signed 13 players since Thursday and traded away a popular player.
