Executing a perfect high dive isn't easy. I want to make it clear before we continue that this is by no means something as easy as, say, catching a soft popup or making a 6-inch putt. Diving is much more difficult than those things.
That being said, these are two very, very bad dives.
Those are Filipino divers John Elmerson Fabriga and John David Pahoyo, pulling off back-to-back perfect zeroes at the Southeast Asian Games. Fortunately, at least Pahoyo has a sense of humor about it, at least according to this comment he left on the video itself:
