Roberto Ibanez has said he is disappointed by a lack of support from parent club Valencia after he was ruled out for the season with a knee injury while playing for Leganes.
The winger joined Leganes on a season-long loan deal in August and suffered ligament damage during Monday's 2-0 home win over Osasuna, in which he scored both goals.
But Ibanez, 23, told Cadena Cope: "Only the Valencia doctor has called me."
Asked whether he had received any messages from Valencia sporting director Jesus Garcia Pitarch or president Lay Hoon Chan, he said: "No, they have not called me."
The Valencia-born player will undergo surgery in a week and said: "I know I need to be strong mentally, but it has been tough. I knew it was going to be serious.
"Just when I was playing at my best and I had the confidence of my teammates and my coach [Asier Garitano], I pick up this injury."
