Week 4 has brought the first game moved to a later date because of an outbreak of the coronavirus. The matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-0) and the virus-stricken Tennessee Titans (3-0) was one of Sunday's marquee matchups.
Now the NFL has moved it until later in the season, while fantasy football managers must figure out how to negotiate this week without the likes of Ben Roethlisberger, Ryan Tannehill, Derrick Henry, James Conner and more.
NFL Nation is here to answer the biggest fantasy questions -- provided by ESPN fantasy football analyst Mike Clay -- across the league for Week 4.

Buffalo Bills
How involved will rookie Gabriel Davis be this week if John Brown is out?
The Bills trust the rookie Davis to play a major role if necessary and have been thoroughly impressed by his ability to learn multiple positions in a short amount of time. If Brown can't go, Davis is the unquestioned next man up. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques
Miami Dolphins
With a great matchup against Seattle on tap, could this be the week Preston Williams gets on track?
Yes, because Seattle is thin in the secondary due to injuries. But Miami employs an equal-opportunity attack with five players with at least 14 targets. Williams going off is hardly a slam dunk. Still, the Dolphins want to get him going and like his size and physicality in the red zone and intermediate-to-deep work. -- ESPN staff
New England Patriots
Should we expect another big week from Rex Burkhead against Kansas City?
In the words of Cam Newton, who won't play this week after he tested positive for COVID-19: "Burkie had a day, and who knows who it could be next week?" This is the way the Patriots like it, mixing things up and keeping defenses (and fantasy managers) guessing. One potential tipoff as the week progresses will be to monitor James White's presence (or lack thereof), as Burkhead's playing time has spiked in his absence. If White comes back, expect less Burkhead. -- Mike Reiss

What are your expectations for Jeff Smith following an impressive Week 4 showing?
