What's your biggest upset for Week 5?
Matt Bowen, NFL writer: Bills over Rams. The Bills have played lights-out defense over the past two weeks, and I like the matchup here against QB Case Keenum and a Rams offense that just can't get Todd Gurley going on the ground. Take Buffalo and the 2.5 points.
John Clayton, senior NFL writer: Lions over Eagles. The Lions' wide receivers should put pressure on the Eagles' cornerbacks, and that could open things for Matthew Stafford. Plus, the Lions could be playing for their season. A loss would put them at 1-4.
