Adam Thielen's 43-yard catch helps lift Vikings in overtime

NEW ORLEANS -- Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins' 43-yard pass to Adam Thielen set up an NFC wild-card upset for the ages on Sunday.

Three plays later, Cousins threw the game-winning touchdown to Kyle Rudolph, which gave the Vikings a 26-20 victory over the New Orleans Saints.

The Thielen catch was the longest completion in overtime since Larry Fitzgerald had a 75-yard catch in the 2015 divisional round against he Packers. Cousins finished with a 96.4 passer rating, completing 19 of 31 attempts for 242 yards and a touchdown.

It was the third time a Vikings-Saints playoff game was decided on the final play, the most matchups in NFL postseason history. And it's happened the last three times they've met in the postseason,
