Cam Sims makes acrobatic 43-yard TD catch to get Washington on the board

LANDOVER, Md. -- The Washington Football Team did nothing on offense until midway through the third quarter -- and then it made a highlight play for a touchdown.

Quarterback Taylor Heinicke spun out of pressure in the pocket, rolled to his left and threw a 43-yard pass to receiver Cam Sims in the end zone. Sims outjumped corner Trevon Diggs for the ball before hitting the ground.

He was initially ruled out of bounds, but after a review, officials changed their mind and Sims ended up with an acrobatic touchdown catch.

Before that throw, Heinicke had completed 7 of 21 passes for 64 yards. It was Sims' second touchdown catch of the season and cut Dallas' lead to 24-8 after a Heinicke run for a 2-point conversion.
