Northampton Saints vs. Gloucester Rugby

Friday, Franklin's Gardens 19.45

The Saints see George Pisi and Lee Dickson return to join the back line and Mikey Haywood, Calum Clark and Christian Day returning to the pack, with Day set for his first Aviva Premiership action of the season.

There are also five changes to Gloucester's starting line-up as Mark Atkinson starts at inside centre berth, with Billy Twelvetrees moving to fly-half to replace Billy Burns. In the pack Richard Hibbard, Mariano Galarza, Jacob Rowan and Ben Morgan all start.

Harlequins vs. Worcester Warriors

Saturday, Twickenham Stoop 15.00

Quins welcome back club captain Danny Care, Tim Visser and Winston Stanley to the back line with Jamie Roberts rested. In the forwards, Will Collier is named at tighthead, Charlie Matthews starts in the second row and replaces Sam Twomey who sustained a foot injury against Edinburgh.

Chris Pennell and Ben Te'o are the only changes from the Warriors' last Aviva Premiership clash.

Saracens vs. Leicester Tigers

Saturday, Allianz Park 15.00

Ben Spencer starts ahead of Richard Wigglesworth at scrum-half for Sarries and after scoring a try in the Champions Cup last weekend, Nick Tompkins partners captain Brad Barritt. Michael Rhodes is at lock alongside Jim Hamilton with Jackson Wray named at blindside flanker.

Peter Betham and Jack Roberts - who replaces Matt Toomua who underwent knee surgery - form a new centre partnership for the Tigers while Mathew Tait reverting to full-back after injury to Telusa Veainu. In the pack, Graham Kitchener comes in to replace Dom Barrow.

Wasps vs. Newcastle Falcons

Sunday, Ricoh Arena 14:30

Wasps rest Danny Cipriani, with Jimmy Gopperth starting at fly-half alongside Joe Simpson. Frank Halai and Rob Miller also come into the back line with Marty Moore, Kearnan Myall, Guy Thompson and Alex Rieder starting in the pack.

Callum Chick will make his Aviva Premiership debut for Newcastle, while Sinoti Sinoti (wing), Canadian international Evan Olmstead (lock), Michael Young (scrum-half) and Mike Delany (fly-half) also start.

Bristol Rugby vs. Sale Sharks

Sunday, Ashton Gate 15.00

Shane Geraghty makes his first start for Bristol in one of four changes. David Lemi returns to the backline, Mark Sorenson comes into the pack while Gavin Henson starts in the midfield having been injured since the first round of games.

Sale Sharks make two changes to the side who lost out to RC Toulon last weekend. Johnny Leota returns from suspension to take his place in the midfield and Halani Aulika returns to the starting fifteen to replace prop Brian Mujati.

Exeter Chiefs vs. Bath Rugby

A bicep injury rules out flanker Julian Salvi, with Australian international Dave Dennis replacing him in the only change from their defeat to Ulster.

Bath Rugby make eight changes to last week's team with Ross Batty, Henry Thomas (both front row), Dave Attwood (lock), Tom Ellis and Charlie Ewels (both back row) coming into the pack. Kahn Fotuali'i and George Ford start at half-back with Semesa Rokoduguni on the right wing.
