The first Test between New Zealand and the British & Irish Lions is now just over a month away.

The tourists announced their squad late last month, but have already been forced into one change after scrum-half Ben Youngs withdrew due to family reasons. His spot has since been filled by Greg Laidlaw, though coach Warren Gatland will be sweating on the closing weeks of the European club season.

The All Blacks, meanwhile, will unveil their squad in the coming weeks with coach Steve Hansen already dealing with some injury concerns in key positions.

Fortunately, all five of New Zealand's Super Rugby franchises remain in the playoffs mix with the Crusaders, Hurricanes and Chiefs, in particular, playing some outstanding rugby.

While Hansen will name a wider squad to contest the series, his toughest decisions will come when he prepares to name his run-on XV for the first Test in Auckland on June 24. Luckily, he's got you to help him out!

Starting this week on ESPN, we want you to help us compile the All Blacks starting side by voting in our weekly poll. In the week of the first Test, we'll unveil your "supporter-selected" All Blacks XV.

We begin at fullback where rising stars Jordie Barrett and Damian McKenzie have both enjoyed excellent Super Rugby seasons. However, they are up against two of the best custodians from the last decade in Ben Smith and Israel Dagg.
