Julio Jones (calf) feeling good, but Falcons offense is banged up

Atlanta Falcons receiver Julio Jones said he's feeling good coming off a calf injury, although he was limited for the second consecutive day in preparation for Sunday's matchup with the Panthers.

"I feel really good," Jones told reporters Thursday. "I feel good about the way I played in the game (Monday night). I didn't have any setbacks. I'm not injured or anything like that."

The Falcons are banged up all across the offense. Fellow receiver Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) returned to limited practice Thursday after being held out Wednesday. Receiver Justin Hardy, who has scored two touchdowns in the past two games, was added to the injury report as limited with a shoulder injury. Hardy was limited with a shoulder last week as well, and still played. Running back Tevin Coleman, who scored three touchdowns against the Saints Monday night, was limited for the second straight day with an ankle injury. And backfield tag-team partner Devonta Freeman was held out of Thursday's practice with an illness.

Rookie linebacker De'Vondre Campbell (ankle), who just started running again, was once again held out of practice along with fellow linebacker Paul Worrilow (groin surgery). Defensive end Brooks Reed (shoulder) was limited.

Receiver Taylor Gabriel (hamstring) returned to full participation after being limited.

Quarterback Matt Ryan, who said his left thumb was no issue after banging it against the Saints, was a full participant in practice for the second straight day.
