A lengthy recruiting saga at the top of the Class of 2025 took its latest turn Sunday when five-star quarterback Julian Lewis pulled his long-standing pledge to Lincoln Riley and USC.

Lewis' decommitment from the Trojans came one day after ESPN's second overall prospect took an unofficial visit to Georgia during the Bulldogs' Week 12 game against Tennessee. But Lewis' move out of Lincoln Riley's 2025 class had long been expected as he flirted with interest from Colorado, Indiana and Auburn in the summer, then returned to Colorado on Oct. 26 before visiting Georgia on Saturday.
