WBO "regular" world titleholder Ryota Murata of Japan faces Rob Brant in a fight that will air live on ESPN+ in the United States at 10:30 p.m. ET on Saturday from the Park Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Murata won the title with a TKO victory in the rematch against Hassan N'Dam in October 2017. Murata has defended the belt once, a TKO win over Emanuele Felice Blandamura in April.

Brant lost a clear decision against former light heavyweight titlist Juergen Braehmer in a super middleweight bout in the World Boxing Super Series last year, but recovered to stop Colby Courter in Round 1 in March in a middleweight fight.
