Check out Paralympian Josh Sundquist's incredible, inspirational costumes for Halloween

While there are some imaginative costumes out there for Halloween this year, few are likely to be as awesome -- or inspiring -- as Josh Sundquist's.

Sundquist, a full-time motivational speaker and U.S. Paralympic skier, rustled up this year's design -- in which he transforms into a foosball player -- to celebrate being selected for the U.S. men's amputee soccer team.

But even though it might seem all fun for Sundquist, who lost his left leg at an early age to cancer, it's also a chance to empower and inspire simultaneously.

"The costumes are meant to be funny, of course," Sundquist said. "But in that humor there's a message about something that on the surface, generally is a pretty negative situation. But even in the midst of that adversity and daily annoying-ness there can be a humorous side to it. I hope it's an encouragement to other people so they can find a lighter-hearted side to a difficult situation."

Here's a look at some from past holidays:

We think that's Sundquist 1, Halloween 0.
