Raffaele Marciello will drive for Sauber for one of the two days of testing taking place at the Red Bull Ring after the Austrian Grand Prix.

Test and reserve driver Marciello has taken part in FP1 twice this year and drove at the post-Spanish GP for both Sauber and Ferrari. Austria gives the teams another two-day shakedown after the grand prix and Sauber has confirmed Marciello will kick off proceedings for the team on June 23, with Felipe Nasr taking over the following day.

Marciello, a Ferrari development driver, also drives for Trident in the GP2 championship and is sixth in the standings after recording his first podium of the year in Monaco. The seventh and eighth rounds of the feeder series' season will take place in Austria this weekend.
