Weekly baseball trivia: Can you guess the right All-Star?

Each Thursday during the 2023 MLB season, we will have a trio of baseball trivia questions for you to mull over. It's a break from the norm in our fantasy baseball coverage, and we hope you will take part and enjoy every week.

Next week, Seattle will be the focus of all of the baseball world's attention as the league takes its annual All-Star break. We will also be taking a bit of a break to recharge the trivia batteries, as it were, returning with a new quiz July 20. However, before we go, we still have a trio of teasers for you to mull over this week.

You never know what kind of All-Star performance might rise above all of the others and become a long-lasting memory. Conversely, you never know when something will occur that will make a player want to forget he was ever selected to make an appearance in the Midsummer Classic in the first place. To that end, our questions this week cover the gamut of All-Star possibilities: the good, the bad and the ugly.

As always, in the spirit of fun, three questions are before you. Three answers are required. We're on the honor system here, so please no searching the internet for the answers. You just might be surprised at how much you actually know!

Question 1: THE GOOD

There have been a total of 48 triples in All-Star Game history. Who is the only player to have hit multiple triples in the same All-Star Game?

Question 2: THE BAD

Who was the most recent pitcher to throw two wild pitches in a single All-Star Game appearance?

Question 3: THE UGLY

Which pitcher has the ignominious record of allowing the most runs in a single All-Star Game trip to the mound?
