Fantasy football 12-team, PPR mock draft

The NFL released its schedule for the 2020 campaign on Thursday, but something even bigger happened that day: our first fantasy football mock draft of the season!

A week after our virtual summit, we gathered a dozen of our experts for a 12-team PPR draft. Why 12 teams? Because we know the hard-core players who are already gaming for 2020 are more inclined to be in deeper leagues. Plus, there is plenty of information to glean from this mock even for novices playing in smaller leagues.

Who went first? How long did our analysts wait to take a quarterback? How did wide receiver depth impact strategy? Which picks did our analysts regret? When did Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski get taken?

Be sure to check out Eric Karabell's recap and the latest Fantasy Focus Football Podcast, which was recorded live during the draft, for pick-by-pick takes by our experts.

In the meantime, you can peruse the picks from 1-192 below.

The participants for this 12-team PPR mock, in order of draft position, were: Matthew Berry, Matt Bowen, Keith Lipscomb, Damian Dabrowski, Tristan H. Cockcroft, Stephania Bell, Mike Clay, Daniel Dopp, Tom Carpenter, Field Yates, Kyle Soppe and Eric Karabell.
