Lille president Michel Seydoux has confirmed that attacking midfielder Sofiane Boufal can leave the club this month if a suitable offer comes in.
Boufal, 22, has been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham this summer despite undergoing knee surgery in May.
"Normally Sofiane Boufal has permission to leave," Seydoux told a news conference on Tuesday. "In theory, there won't be any more movement.
"The first thing with Sofiane is that he's doing well. His operation went extremely well and his recovery is in advance of the prognosis.
"What's most important is that Sofiane might be able to return to the pitch again. After that, with the market ... we don't know what will happen. But if Sofiane should stay, that doesn't burden us in any way."
Boufal scored 11 league goals and made five more last season as Lille finished fifth in Ligue 1.
Last month the Morocco international said he did not feel his injury problem would prevent him from earning a move to a bigger club in the current transfer window.
