The Saints held a 13-10 lead with 5:30 left in the fourth quarter and the offense struggling after punting on their last five possessions. Two plays into the Eagles' offensive drive, Lattimore snagged a pass by quarterback Gardner Minshew intended for A.J. Brown.
Lattimore, who almost had a pick earlier in the game, then took it back 12 yards for a touchdown, putting the Saints up 20-10 in the final six minutes.
It was the first interception by a Saints cornerback all season. New Orleans has struggled with turnovers and entered Sunday tied for last in the league with four interceptions as a team. They were also last with 11 takeaways.
