WNBA bets and fantasy picks: Two streamers stand out on Monday

Each night of the WNBA season, our team of fantasy and betting experts breaks down every game on the schedule, making note of everything from injuries and lineup changes to recent trends and more.

Here's what to look for tonight:

The Dallas Wings will travel to Minnesota to face the Lynx on Monday. The Wings come into this game with a poor record, having lost their past seven games. On the other hand, the Lynx have been superb, winning their past three games.

Here are two fantasy streamers and two best bets you should have on your radar.

Monday's fantasy stream team

Bridget Carleton, F, Minnesota Lynx (rostered in 14.3% of ESPN leagues)

Carleton has really shined as a starter for the Lynx in the wake of Diamond Miller's injury. She has averaged 28.8 minutes per game for a Minnesota team that ranks third in net rating, just behind the Connecticut Sun and New York Liberty. Carleton has scored 25 or more fantasy points in three of her past five games and should find success against a Wings team that ranks 11th in defensive rating.

Jacy Sheldon, G, Dallas Wings (7.9%)

The Lynx are double-digit point favorites against the Wings, which could lead to Sheldon playing more minutes, similar to Saturday's game against the Sun. Sheldon finished with 23 minutes and 15 fantasy points against Connecticut. If you're scrambling for a streamer at the guard position, Sheldon is a decent option.

Dallas Wings at Minnesota Lynx
8 p.m. ET, Target Center, Minneapolis

Line: Lynx -10.5

Money line: Wings (+340), Lynx (-460)
Total: 164.5 points

BPI prediction:
Lynx: 76% chance to win.
Projected margin of victory: 7.9 points

Injury report
Wings: Natasha Howard (Out), Satou Sabally (Out), Jaelyn Brown (Out)
Lynx: Bridget Carleton (Day-To-Day), Natisha Hiedeman (Day-To-Day), Diamond Miller (Out)

Best bet: Lynx -9.5.

The Lynx rank in the top three in offensive and defensive rating this season and are 10-3 against the spread over their past 13 games, while Dallas is 0-5 ATS over their past five games. Minnesota is playing at home against one of the worst defenses in the league, so all signs to point toward them securing a comfortable victory.

Best bet: Under 164.5.

Minnesota's stout defense should stifle the Dallas' offense, especially with Natasha Howard and Satou Sabally out. The total has gone under in four of the Lynx's past five games and four of their past six games at home.
