Bills WR Sammy Watkins (ankle) 'definitely' will play Sunday

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins is questionable for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins after being held out of Friday's practice because of ankle soreness, but Watkins expects to play Sunday.

"I'll definitely be out there," Watkins said in the locker room Friday.

Watkins, whose left ankle was heavily taped, worked with a trainer at the start of Friday's practice before leaving for the locker room.

After injuring his ankle in an Oct. 18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and returning to practice this week, Watkins was limited Wednesday and Thursday before having what coach Rex Ryan called "a little hiccup" at the end of Thursday's practice.

"Just fatigue, tired," Watkins said Friday. "I just kind of told the coaches, 'Hey, my ankle is kind of bothering me. I had a little tweak.' And they said, 'No, don't go out today.'"

Ryan considers Watkins a game-time decision Sunday.

"Obviously it will go down on Sunday. We'll see how he's feeling. It's not like we're really gonna work him out. We'll see how he's feeling, but I think he's going to be fine though."

The Bills have ruled out wide receiver Percy Harvin (knee) and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (knee) for Sunday's game.
