The long running debate over the name for the new Bridgend-Pontypridd regional team is over with the team set to adopt the name Celtic Warriors.
The Western Mail reports that the decision was made at a board meeting on Sunday with the name to be announced later this week.
The saga has seen the names Glamorgan Gladiators, Crusaders, Glamorgan Celts and the RCT Ravens cast aside and chairman Leighton Samuel quit the set-up.
