Thursday, September 10
St Kilda vs. West Coast, 7:10pm, Gabba (AEST)
Team news: The Eagles have been forced to swing a number of changes, with six players coming in. Will Schofield, Shannon Hurn, Jarrod Brander, Jack Petruccelle, Nic Naitanui and debutant Hamish Brayshaw come in for Tom Hickey (omitted), Lewis Jetta (calf), Dom Sheed (hamstring), Mark Hutchings (hamstring), Jack Redden (thumb) and Brandon Ah Chee (finger). The Saints meanwhile welcome back Max King, Tim Membrey and Nick Hind for Ryan Abbott (omitted), Jonathon Marsh (omitted) and Ed Phillips (omitted).

Prediction: The Eagles continue to struggle in Queensland and this week come up against a Saints team storming up the ladder towards a finals berth. This has danger game written all over it for Adam Simpson's side and they must win if they are a genuine premiership threat in 2020.
Tip: Eagles by 7 points.
Score: Saints 6.14 (50) def. by Eagles 9.11 (65)
Friday, September 11
Geelong vs. Richmond, Metricon Stadium, 7:50pm (AEST)
Team news: Big ins for the Tigers with Dylan Grimes, Kane Lambert and Jack Ross all back in the side, at the expense of omitted trio Jack Higgins, Nathan Broad and Thomson Dow. The Cats welcome back Esava Ratugolea and Zach Tuohy, while Josh Jenkins and Zach Guthrie have both been dropped.
Prediction: No doubt this is the match of the round, and possibly a Grand Final preview. The Cats have been in scintillating form and looked ominous in an 11-goal win over Essendon last week. The Tigers have had a few off field issues but continue to perform when it matters. Expect this one to go down to the wire.
Tip: Cats by 4 points
Score: Tigers 7. 15 (57) def. Cats 4. 7 (31)
Saturday, September 12
North Melbourne vs. Fremantle, Metricon Stadium, 2:10pm (AEST)
Team news: TBA
Prediction: The Dockers have been impressing in recent games and should like their chances of scoring another win here. The young Fremantle midfield continues to grow and you'd think they will have the edge over an understrength Kangaroos outfit.
Tip: Dockers by 19 points.
Score: North Melbourne 5.5 (35) def by. Fremantle 15.9 (99)
Port Adelaide vs. Essendon, Adelaide Oval, 5:05pm (AEST)
Team news: TBA
Prediction: The ladder-leader against the team which was humiliated in Round 16. This could get ugly. The Power will want to consolidate top spot and head into finals with a head of steam. Meanwhile, Essendon is playing for nothing but pride and should be in for another tough afternoon.
Tip: Power by 37 points.
Score: Port Adelaide 11.13 (79) def. Essendon 4.5 (29)
GWS vs. Melbourne, Gabba, 7:40pm (AEST)
Team news: TBA
Prediction: Two of 2019's disappointing teams clash on Saturday night and the loser will almost certainly be missing finals. Both teams have failed to win games they should have and can't afford another slip up. If both teams play to their potential, which is a big 'if', you'd expect the Giants to get the win.
Tip: Giants by 9 points
Score: GWS 11.8 (74) def by. Melbourne 12.7 (79)
Sunday, September 13
Carlton vs. Adelaide, Metricon Stadium, 1:05pm (AEST)
Team news: TBA
Prediction: After 14 straight losses the Crows are looking at the possibility of a hatrick of wins. Who saw that coming!? If the Blues start like they did against the Swans, then there a big chance of doing it, but surely David Teague's side comes out firing and wins back-to-back games.
Tip: Blues by 8 points.
Score: Carlton 8.8 (56) def by. Adelaide 10.12 (72)
Hawthorn vs. Western Bulldogs, Adelaide Oval, 3:35pm (AEST)
Team news: TBA
Prediction: Does Alastair Clarkson have a master performance in him? Unlikely. The Dogs knocked off the Eagles last week and a game against the struggling Hawks should be a comfortable afternoon. Add in the fact the Dogs must keep winning to play finals, and there's only one winner in this game.
Tip: Bulldogs by 29 points.
Score: Hawthorn 6.4 (40) def by. Western Bulldogs 11.10 (76)
Sydney vs. Brisbane, Cazaly's Stadium, 6:10pm (AEST)
Team news: TBA
Prediction: The Swans have been impressive in 2020, particularly with such a lengthy injury list. However, it's difficult to see them mounting a serious challenge against a Lions team firmly inside the top four. Another big game from Lachie Neale could see him put two hands on the Brownlow Medal.
Tip: Lions by 24 points.
Odds: TBA
Score: Brisbane 11.7 (73) def. Sydney 6.5 (41).
Monday, September 14
Collingwood vs. Gold Coast, Cazaly's Stadium, 6:10pm (AEST)
Team news: Huge inclusions for the Pies, with Adam Treloar and Jordan De Goey back from injury. Jaidyn Stephenson and Max Lynch have been dropped, and Tom Phillips (hamstring) is injured, while Travis Varcoe has been recalled. Gold Coast have recalled Jarrod Harbrow, Nick Holman and Sean Lemmens in place of Connor Budarick (collarbone), Ben Ainsworth (illness) and Sam Flanders (omitted).
Prediction: The Magpies simply must continue winning if they are to play finals football and although the Suns have been impressing this year, knocking off Nathan Buckley's side will be a challenge. Expect it to be low scoring but Collingwood should be able to get the job done.
Tip: Magpies by 16 points.
Odds: TBA
