No rose for John Harbaugh? Ravens don't invite coach to 'Bachelorette' party

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh jokingly said he felt "a little slighted" that he wasn't invited to his players' viewing party of the "The Bachelorette."

Quarterback Joe Flacco and four teammates have gotten together to watch the ABC television show over the past two seasons. The Ravens' website recently shot a video of the players giving humorous commentary on Rachel Lindsay's journey to find love.

"At first, I felt a little slighted, somewhat jilted like I didn't get my rose," Harbaugh said Thursday. "But then, I saw the food choices. The hospitality was severely lacking."

Tight end Dennis Pitta, the so-called "super host," made cinnamon rolls for Flacco, kicker Justin Tucker, tight end Nick Boyle and long-snapper Morgan Cox.

"It was weak, wasn't it?," Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh, who has previously watched the show with his daughter, gained a different perspective on the players' party.

"So, no, I didn't feel bad at all once I saw the [video] piece," Harbaugh said.
