Manziel brings back money sign as he enjoys his 23rd birthday

Johnny Manziel turned 23 on Sunday and as part of his birthday celebration, he brought back the money sign.

Manziel posted “23 and Blessed” with a money sign photo on Twitter on Sunday evening after a Cleveland Browns loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

The money sign was a surprise only because Manziel had said he was done with it after finishing a 10-week stay in rehab during the offseason.

“The money sign will not be back,” Manziel said June 17.

Except perhaps for a birthday moment.

Later -- at 2:47 a.m. Monday -- Manziel sent out a photo of himself and his puppy to his 1.33 million followers.

Though Mike Pettine said he has yet to decide the starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers, ESPN’s Chris Mortensen said Manziel is expected to start the team’s final four games.
