EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants open the 2022 NFL regular season at the Tennessee Titans on Sept. 11 at Nissan Stadium. It will be the first for coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen as they attempt to fix this team.
There will be many tough decisions to be made, especially at wide receiver, where they have a crowded but oft-injured room. Where Darius Slayton fits (if anywhere) if they're all healthy is something that must be monitored.
The Giants also added a lot to the offensive line mix this summer. Who sticks on the 53-man roster will depend on how the long, hard summer unfolds.
Here is a projection:
QUARTERBACK (3): Daniel Jones, Tyrod Taylor, Davis Webb
Jones is the starter, Taylor is the backup and Webb is almost like having another coach in the room. Webb sticks because he's a guy whom Daboll and Schoen clearly value.
