The Bengals are 0-4 vs. teams with a winning record this season. But as usual with the Redskins, nothing is easy to predict because injuries remain a factor. If they have corner Josh Norman, I like their chances. If Norman doesn't play, then receiver A.J. Green could have a big day and will be the difference. Also, tight end Jordan Reed appears to be available and that gives Washington even more weapons in the passing game. And file this away: The Redskins have a deep threat who has struggled to make plays down the field in DeSean Jackson. But Cincinnati ranks 19th in allowing 22 pass plays for 20 yards or more. Redskins 24, Bengals 23. -- John Keim
