The Sharks have confirmed their 36 man squad for the 2005 Super 12.
The core of the 2004 side remains, with the AJ Venter, John Smit, Charl van Rensburg and Brent Russell all included alongside Butch James, Rudi Keil and Craig Davidson who are all recovered from injuries which ruined their 2004 campaigns.
Coach Kevin Putt claims that in selecting the newcomers for the squad he has given consideration into leadership and decision-making qualities both on and off the field, and the new players in the squad will complement the existing Sharks 'regulars'.
