After a week's break the Rugby Championship is back with plenty still on the line.

In case you need a reminder of what we last saw, the Springboks came from behind again to make it four straight wins against the All Blacks, while the Wallabies were smashed by the Pumas in Argentina to fall to a record loss.

This week the Springboks hit the road and take on the Pumas for a battle to secure the Rugby Championship, while it's a fight in Sydney for the losers to avoid the wooden spoon and -- the Bledisloe Cup is also on the line, too.

Read on as we bring you the latest team news below and look ahead to the Round 5 clashes.

Saturday, September 21

Australia vs. New Zealand, Accor Stadium, 3:45pm AEST [5:45 NZT, 7:45am SAST, 2:45am ARG]

Australia: Tom Wright, Andrew Kellaway, Len Ikitau, Hunter Paisami, Marika Koroibete, Noah Lolesio, Nic White, Harry Wilson, Fraser McReight, Rob Valetini, Jeremy Williams, Nick Frost, Taniela Tupou, Matt Faessler, Angus Bell.

Replacements: Brandon Paenga-Amosa, James Slipper, Allan Alaalatoa, Lukhan Salakaia-Loto, Langi Gleeson, Tate McDermott, Tom Lynagh, Dylan Pietsch.

New Zealand: Beauden Barrett, Will Jordan, Rieko Ioane, Jordie Barrett, Caleb Clarke, Damian McKenzie, Cortez Ratima, Ardie Savea, Sam Cane, Wallace Sititi,Tupou Vaa'i, Scott Barrett (captain),Tyrel Lomax, Codie Taylor, Ethan de Groot.

Replacements: Asafo Aumua, Tamaiti Williams, Pasilio Tosi, Sam Darry, Luke Jacobson, TJ Perenara, Anton Lienert-Brown, Sevu Reece.

Team news: The Wallabies have welcomed back Tom Wright and Hunter Paisami into their backline, while Noah Lolesio has a new halves partner in Nic White. Coach Joe Schmidt said there was some tiredness across his Australian squad following the record-breaking loss in Santa Fe, which brought about White's inclusion in particular.

Arguably the biggest addition however comes in the form of Fraser McReight, who has missed all four Rugby Championship games this season because of a thumb injury. McReight has replaced Carlo Tizzano in the No. 7 jersey, despite Schmidt saying how impressed he'd been with the Force No. 7's efforts in his four Tests to date.

All Blacks coach Scott Robertson has meanwhile reinstated some backline firepower of his own, with Caleb Clarke back from injury on the left wing and Beauden Barrett back into the starting side at fullback. New Zealand also welcome back Ethan de Groot up front with Tamaiti Williams dropping back to the bench.

Prediction: It's been several years since the Wallabies last won a Bledisloe Cup Test in Sydney and it's likely to be another year until they break the drought with the side left bruised and battered following a record loss to the Pumas just two weeks ago. The many Wallabies problems have been exposed over the last month, across both the forwards and the backs. While Taniela Tupou and Angus Bell present a formidable front-row, the All Blacks have made their scrum one of their biggest weapons and could easily make it a hellish night for the Wallabies up front. The return of Nic White is an interesting choice from Joe Schmidt, but his experience could prove vital in what could become another mauling. The All Blacks, meanwhile, will be hoping to unleash their backline which stuttered in South Africa, but the return of Beauden Barrett to fullback could see New Zealand slice the Wallabies apart with his strong partnership with Damian McKenzie. Argentina vs. South Africa, Estadio Único Madre de Ciudades, Santiago del Estero, 8pm ARG [9am Sun NZT, 7am Sun AEST, 11pm SAST]

Argentina: Juan Cruz Mallia, Bautista Delguy, Lucio Cinti, Santiago Chocobares, Mateo Carreras, Tomas Albornoz, Gonzalo Bertranou, Joaquin Oviedo, Marcos Kremer, Pablo Matera, Pedro Rubiolo, Franco Molina, Joel Sclavi, Julian Montoya, Thomas Gallo

Replacements: Ignacio Ruiz, Ignacio Calles, Pedro Delgado, Guido Petti, Juan Martin Gonzalez, Gonzalo Garcia, Santiago Carreras, Matias Moroni

South Africa: Aphelele Fassi, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Jesse Kriel, Lukhanyo Am, Makazole Mapimpi, Handre Pollard, Cobus Reinach, Jasper Wiese, Ben-Jason Dixon, Marco van Staden, Ruan Nortje, Salmaan Moerat, Thomas du Toit, Malcolm Marx, Ox Nche

Replacements: Jan-Hendrik Wessels, Gerhard Steenekamp, Vincent Koch, Eben Etzebeth, Elrigh Louw, Kwagga Smith, Jaden Hendrikse, Manie Libbok.

Team news: Springboks coach Rassie Erasmus has taken the chance to rest some of his frontline stars after a torrid two-Test battle with the All Blacks, after he spared several players the trip to South America.

This week's lineup sees Aphelele Fassi, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Lukhanyo Am, Makazole Mapimpi and Cobus Reinach all named in the starting backline, while Ben-Jason Dixon, Marco van Staden, Salmaan Moerat, Thomas du Toit and Malcolm Marx are all news faces in the run-on pack.

The team will be captained by Moerat with Siya Kolisi set to take up a position in the coach's box this weekend.

Argentina, meanwhile, have made three changes in the forward pack with Pedro Rubiolo returning to the second row, partnering Franco Molina with Tomas Lavanini and Guido Petti missing out altogether.

Joaquin Oviedo was rewarded for coming off the bench against the Wallabies and will play at number eight as Juan Martin Gonzalez shifts to the bench, while the uncapped tighthead prop Pedro Delgado has been named on the bench for the first time, in place of Eduardo Bello.

Veteran winger Matias Moroni is also among the replacements after returning from a hip injury that saw him miss the last two clashes in the Rugby Championship.

Prediction: It's not often the Springboks-Pumas clash is the headline act of the Rugby Championship, but given how impressive both sides have been so far and with the title on the line Santiago is where much of the excitement will be this weekend. Snatching a win over the All Blacks to open TRC and with a record-breaking win over the Wallabies just two weeks ago, the Pumas have proven their a formidable outfit and can't be underestimated, but their hammering at the hands of New Zealand in the second round and their tight defeat to the Wallabies also show they have plenty of their own issues. For the Pumas to be in the mix they'll need to get their set-piece humming, especially their scrum which has had its issues so far, meanwhile the Springboks will be more than happy to use their powerful forward pack to bash their way down the park before they unleash their formidable backline.
