WWE also released footage of Rollins walking out of the Laredo Energy Arena on crutches after Monday Night Raw, requiring assistance from WWE staff, and being helped into the passenger seat of a car.

Rollins missed more than six months after tearing his ACL, MCL and medial meniscus during a WWE Live event match against Kane on Nov. 4, 2015. His recovery, which was documented for a WWE 24 special on the WWE Network, included rigorous rehab leading up to his comeback.
He made his return to WWE airwaves at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view on May 22 by attacking Roman Reigns following the WWE world heavyweight championship match featuring Reigns and AJ Styles. Rollins defeated Reigns at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view to win his second career WWE world heavyweight championship, only to lose the title moments later to Dean Ambrose.
Rollins was scheduled to see a doctor on Wednesday to evaluate the severity of the injury.
He later took to twitter again to address the injury, the fan support he's received and an overarching storyline resolution.
