Once again, the Nevada recruiting scene is dominated by Las Vegas' Bishop Gorman. The school that produced former Oklahoma standout and Dallas Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray in the 2006 class has turned into a state power. Over the past five years, the Gaels have lost just one game to an in-state school and each of the past four years Bishop Gorman has produced at least one national-level recruit.
In 2009, defensive end Justin Chaisson signed with Oklahoma. Tight end Xavier Grimble signed with USC in 2010. Defensive end Jalen Grimble signed with Miami in the 2011 class, and offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley signed with Notre Dame in 2012.
This year, the Gaels -- ranked No. 16 in the country -- don't possess a top national talent, but there is a handful of Gaels drawing plenty of college interest. The most notable of the group is quarterback Jarrett Solomon, the top player in the state and an Arizona commitment.
