Two of the nation's most disruptive defensive linemen are set to wreak havoc on quarterbacks Friday night as Alquadin Muhammad and Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep travel to Raiders Field to clash with Joey Bosa and Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and WatchESPN.com.
Muhammad is a four-star recruit with interest from Colorado and a host of others, while Bosa has already pledged to Urban Meyer and OSU. Here's a rundown of the other impact recruits in this matchup.

DE Alquadin Muhammad, Class of 2013
The four-star member of the ESPN 150 is the new leader of Bosco's defense after the program finished No. 1 last year behind top recruits Darius Hamilton and Yuri Wright. Muhammad has a long list of offers and recently visited Colorado. The 6-foot-3, 230-pound prospect will likely take his recruitment deep into the season, but the Buffaloes have to like their chances after landing Wright a year ago.

QB Frank Nutile, Class of 2014
The junior quarterback was handed the reins before the season, and he won't have the talented weapons Bosco had a season ago. Still, if Nutile can once again keep Bosco at the top of the N.J. football ladder, he will undoubtedly have an opportunity to play Division I football.
WR/TE, Chris Clark, Class of 2014
At 6-foot-5 and nearly 200 pounds, Clark has prototypical size for a pass-catching tight end. He will have a chance to show off his hands in 2012 as Don Bosco is in the midst of replacing a dynamic receiving corps that graduated in June. Don't be surprised to see several Big East teams show interest in Clark by the end of the season.
LB Razohnn Gross, Class of 2013
Another standout on Bosco's defense, Gross is still looking for his first offer. At 5-foot-11, he does not have ideal height at linebacker, but with a strong senior season he will be able to find a few teams willing to overlook it. Gross could end up playing in the Big East or Conference USA.

DT Joey Bosa, Class of 2013
The 6-foot-4, 260-pound Ohio State commit should get back on the field this week after missing last Friday's game against Weston (Fla.) Cypress Bay due to injury. Bosa, who comes in at No. 45 in the ESPN 150, is one of the region's premier defensive linemen. He can rush the passer from the end or the interior and has the strength and athleticism to be tough against the run.

LB Lance Virgile, Class of 2013
Virgile (6-2, 220), a four-star linebacker, might spend most of Friday on the line with Bosa but whether he's at defensive end or outside linebacker, Virgile has proven to be a handful for offensive players to deal with. West Virginia, Houston and UCF are among the many schools recruiting him.
RB Fred Coppet, Class of 2013
The 5-8, 185-pound Coppet promised big numbers coming into the season and has delivered with 290 rushing yards and four touchdowns in his first two games. Boston College and South Florida have emerged as the favorites for Coppet.
QB John O'Korn, Class of 2013
O'Korn (6-3, 200) has stormed out of gate this season with over 350 yards passing, 200 yards rushing and seven touchdowns in two games. The Houston commit brings a much different look to Aquinas' tradition pro-style offense with his ability to make plays in the running game.
OL Kyle Schafenacker, Class of 2013
Schafenacker (6-4, 285) has established himself as the leader on one of the best offensive lines around. Like Aquinas linemen of the past, Schafenacker is strong, physical and takes pride in his athleticism and stamina.
WR Corey Holmes, Class of 2014
The 6-1, 175-pound junior appears the be the next great Aquinas receiver joining such names as Leonard Hankerson and Rashad Greene. Holmes has legitimate 4.5 speed and is an advanced route runner at this stage of his development. Florida and FSU both offered Holmes during summer camps and several programs followed.
