ALAMEDA, Calif. -- The Oakland Raiders have been extremely busy in the second and third waves of free agency, which officially began on Wednesday. Since Thursday, the Raiders have announced 11 free-agent signings (Griff Whalen was signed prior to Wednesday) and two re-signings. They have also tendered all five of their exclusive-rights free agents.

Of Oakland's 12 announced signings since last week, five are on offense, five on defense and two on special teams.
