Team news: Geelong will receive a huge boost when they face a test against the Blues on Friday night, with star midfielder Patrick Dangerfield and veteran defender Zach Tuohy coming back in along with Ollie Henry. Tanner Bruhn goes out with a wrist injury, Rhys Stanley with a knee, and Shannon Neale has been dropped. Carlton have recalled Orazio Fanatasia for Jack Carroll.

Port Adelaide vs. Brisbane Lions

Team news: Ken Hinkley has axed four, with Ivan Soldo, Quinton Narkle, Dylan Williams, and Francis Evans going out for midseason rookie Logan Evans, Jordon Sweet, Jeremy Finlayson and Willie Rioli. For Brisbane, Shadeau Brain comes in for Noah Answerth (shoulder).
