After England's dramatic victory over Germany on Saturday, fans and the media were rightfully excited over Roy Hodgson's new-look, youthful and vibrant team, several of whom I highlighted in last week's piece on the top English youngsters looking to make an impact at Euro 2016. Their energy, enterprise and determination was a refreshing sight after many years of a more cautious and predictable national side, and if they can perform as well this summer, it could pave the way for more exciting young talent to get an early chance in the senior side.
